Statement
The work on this site constitutes my ongoing exploration of the beauty, pathos and
humour inherent in the everyday object, incident and environment. Materials used include
objects such as bus tickets, car indicators, block ice, domestic appliances, soap and burnt
matches. With minimal manipulation I strive to elevate and celebrate the commonplace,
continuing the investigation of the everyday as a means for communication within the
visual arts.
